The world of Carratos is located some four parsecs from Coruscant and has always been an unforgiving world, but with the collapse of Imperial Martial Law turned it into a pit of vipers. Pirates, smugglers, arms merchants and the lowest dregs of the galaxy have long called Carratos home, with the lack of sector police and planetary security nonexistent, these beings can deal in there trades. Durring the Empires rule they managed to clamp down on Carratos for a little while with the "shoot on sight" policy, which helped to quell some of the troublemakers, but when Endor came the Empire had a more important battle to fight. | |
