Netural Planet No Side

Khomm is a world in the outer fringes of the Deep Galactic Core, it is a gentle green world, and is unmolested by storms, tides, or seasonal changes. The planet has no inusal geological features, no axis-tilt, and a regular orbit. 1,000 years before the rise of the Empire the inhabitants of Khomm felt they had reached a perfection, so they froze their bureaucratic culture at this "perfect level" and began producing clones of the previous generation. The clones are genderless and they rarley leave Khomm because they like to keep to there own affairs, and they like to keep the same roles and schedules as the generation before them, and with this the planet was able to stay nutral durring the Galactic Civil War. The cities of Khomm are laid out in perfect gridworks, with almost all buildings, residences are made to look identical, and are made from the same greenveined rock. There are large cloning faclities in each city that hold the records of all the major family lines. The first time in Khomm's cloning history Dorsk 81 (the eight-first clone of the Dorsk family) showed the unusal ability with the force and he became one of Luke Skywalker's first Jedi Trainees. When Dorsk 81 returned to Khomm with another Jedi Knight Kyp Durron he was welcomed back as a hero because he was the first to do anything heroic in a thousand years, but that welcoming didn't last long. Dorsk 80 and Dorsk 82 his genetic forebear and descendant, respectively wanted the Jedi to return to his duties at the local cloning center. Dorsk 81 didn't want to return to the medicority of the cloning facities, so he and Kyp left to investigate a suspicious Imperial buildup in the Deep Core. The Jedi got in over there heads and barely escaped from Admiral Daala, but she did identify one of the Jedi as one of the meddlers as a Khommite, and resoned that he must be a supporter of the New Republic along with all of Khomm, she ordered her fleet of Victory Star Destroyers to bombard the planet as part of an orchestrated campaign of terror. Kyp Durron and Dorsk 81 tried to warn the Khomm people but nothing could wake the clones from their placed security, the City-leader Kaell 116 when exhorted he deciced to declare a state of emergency, and promised only to consider the matter. Khomm and it perfect gridwork cities were no match for the Imperial Battle Fleet when it arrived, Admiral Daala destroyed most of the planets surface and killed thousands of its inhabitants in the process, but even though thousands died it might have been just the thing that was needed to wake Khomm from its centuries of complacency.
