The planet of Kuat is the home of the powerful Kuat Drive Yards Corporation, and is located in the most densely populated section of the galaxy. Kuat Drive Yards known as KDY has long been the Empire's primary producers of warships and has manufactured the feared Imperial-Class Star Destroyer. The planet and KDY are run by a single person that controls the deals. Endless stardocks circle the entire planet, and this mass dewarfs the small green planet. Kuat is home to the billons of beings that are employed by Kuat Drive Yards, but most of them never set foot on the acutal planet of Kuat. Three colossal space stations control all arivals, and depatures and also are used to keep out any unwanted visitors (One of the Space Stations is Passengers, one for Commercial freight, and one for the Imperial Military).
