Biggs Darklighter

Biggs Darklighter grew up on Tatooine and was the son of a very sucessful food seller Huff Darklighter. Huff owned dozens of Moisture Farms on Tatooine and he bought the water from the rest at cut-rate-prices, keeping some of the water to irriagate his farm and selling the rest at a high profit. When Biggs was a teen on Tatooine he spent most of his time at the city of Anchorhead and he meet Luke Skywalker there. Biggs and Luke became friends and very competive they raced landspeeders, and skyhoppers, they both were planning to join the Imperial Space Academy and then by a spaceship. Biggs and Luke raced Skyhoppers through Beggar's Canyon tagging womp rats, Luke was a better shot, but Biggs was a better pilot. They were sometime joined by Fixer, Camie, Deak, Windy, and sometimes Tank. Biggs and Luke also competed in a sport called Sandsurfing invented by Fixer. They would be towed behind a Landspeeder and would strap repulsor Disks to there feet. In one inceident Fixer jumped over the Great Pit of Carkoon and was knock unconscious and fell toward the Sarlacc. Luke and Biggs rescued him and decide that he was the king of Sandsurfing. At 24 Biggs had gotten done with the Imperial Academy and came back to Luke to tell him he was joining the Rebellion. Biggs joined the Rebellion and piloted the Incom T-65B X-Wing in many battles. Then on the fourth moon of the planet Yavin he was reunited with Luke. They both flew X-Wings in the assault on the Death Star in the flight group Red Squadron, Luke being Red 5, Biggs being Red 3. After the first wave of fighters was destroyed in the trench run on the Death Star, Luke, Biggs, and Wedge Antilles went in with Luke in the lead. Biggs was killed after Wedge's X-Wing was hit and had to break off, Vader had killed him. After the battle Luke went back to Tatooine to tell the Darklighters, but found they had moved and sold there proporty to Orman Tagge a brother of a General killed abourd the Death Star. Fixer and Camie married and lived in the Darklighter estate. Luke still keeps the memory of his friend alive who gave his all to a cause he belived in.
