Dev Sibwarra was a slave of the species known as the Ssi-Ruuvi, he was taken from his mother at a young age from his home planet of Chandrila. He had some force capabilites and the Ssi-Ruuvi kept him and trained him, when it came time for the Ssi-Ruuvi to attack they attack the planet of Bakurra, this took place after the Battle of Endor. Dev was the Ssi-Ruuvi’s enchanter and he transformed the people from there physical body to that of a droid. Durring the attack the Ssi-Ruuvi captured Skywalker and they were going to use Skywalker for the enchantement, Dev help Skywalker escape the Ssi-Ruuvi and in the process he was killed.
