The Nebulon Ranger was the courier ship of the Jedi Knight Ulic Qel-Droma, his brother Cay, and the Twi'lek Jedi Tott Doneeta. The ship had two main series of engines arrays mounted on a right angle starframe. The ship had retractable wings for atmospheric flight, and its main wing was heavly armored because it housed the ships fuel tanks which fed the ships 6 AlderaanMotors Power Generators and engine arrays. The Ranger also had 8 shield generators which provided full protection around the hull, beacuse the shields pulled great amounts of power they were only raised durring combat, and the beast-raiders of Ondero showed when they downed the Ranger with a single proton torpedo. The Ranger had a foward-firing pulse cannon which had enough power to slice through any pirates shields, it also had a retractable rotating laser cannon on each wing tip, as well as a more powerful rotating laser cannon at the base of the second engine array. Each of the foward mandible had a pair of proton torpedos with a magazine of 6 torpedos, and the lauchers also had a single short range concussion-spheres, which had a magazine of 8 missles, the weapons could fire from a deticated gunnery station in the cockpit, although the pilot could also chose to handle these weapons. | |
