The Swoop is a high speed light weight speeder vehicle, and are much faster than speeder bikes. Swoops are built around powerful ion and repulsor engines, with almost no amenities other than the seat and controls, and the only safety system is a seat belt to hold the rider in place. The Swoop is designed to be a one-being vessel but some swoops have a longer seat to accomodate a passenger. Most of the Swoop manufactures use lighter materials to make the swoop fly faster, and there top speed can exced 600 kilometers per hour, and if an experinced pilot is behind the controls they can leave speeders and other speeder bikes in the dust. Unlike other speeder and ground vehicles the drivers weight significantly influences a swoops handling, manuvering flaps and control vanes initate turns and spins, and other complex manuvers, and some swoops can fly high above the planets surface they are generaly used in low-altitude flights. Swoop racing is a very popular sport throughout the galaxy and swoops are often used by gangs. The only difference between the Swoop and the S-Swoop is that the body has been redesigned and that the S-Swoop is a newer model, and also the Swoop is manufactured by The TaggeCo. and the S-Swoop is manufactured by Mobquet Speeders and Swoops. | |
