The World Devastator was used by the revived Emperor Palpatine in his attempt to retake control of the Galaxy. The World Devastator is more than a super weapon it is a show of the Empire's ability to totaly destroy anything that stands in its way. The World Devastator used its tractor beams to destroy the worlds surface and then take and use the raw materials to be processed through its droid processing plant and then the materials would be used to build more weapons. The World Devastators were created by Umak Leth, and he called them "more leathal than the Death Stars," the World Devastators could take months to chew up a planets surface. The World Devastators have hyperdrive engines and Ion engines for transportation to planets through space, the World Devastators could produce almost any weapon from there machines, the World Devastator had a droid controled brain. The World Devastator brains would take the materials and decided what to use them for, the World Devastator could even build additons on to its self, which made each mature World Devastator diffrent from other World Devastators. The Silencer-7 was the largest World Devastator it had 125 heavy turbolasers, 200 blaser cannons, 80 proton torpedo launchers, 15 ion cannons, 15 tractor beam projectors, room for 25,000 beings, and it's size was 3,200 meters long, and 1,500 meters tall. Emperor Palpatine feared that the World Devastators could be turned against his worlds so he had command and control encoding systems installed. | |
